**recrute**: Un/Une Assistante location

Vos futures missions et responsabilités

Assurer l'accueil
à la réception selon les règles de sécurité en vigueur
Assurer la
gestion de la central téléphonique, répondre aux appels entrants et les diriger
ou prendre les messages
Rédaction et
gestion de la correspondance en lien avec la fonction
Etablissement des
baux à loyer
Préparation de
rapports ou autres documents selon la demande du gérant ou directeur
d'agence
Réception et
suivi des données de résiliation par le service location
Maintien des KPI,
statistiques du service
Se charger de
toutes les tâches assignées à la fonction

Vous aujourd'hui

Expérience
reconnue à un poste de Réceptionniste ou administratif
Maîtrise des
outils bureautiques (MS Office)
Bonnes capacités
organisationnelles et polyvalence
Solides
compétences en matière de communication et relationnelles
Axé sur le
service client Être en
possession d'un permis de conduire
