MITARBEITER:IN PROJECT ACCOUNTING UND INVOICING 80%- 100% - ZÜRICH

IHRE AUFGABEN:

- Project Accounting
- Prüfung und Sicherstellung der korrekten finanziellen Abbildung von Projekten nach IFRS
- Identifizierung, Analyse und Korrektur von finanziellen Unstimmigkeiten in Projekten
- Mitwirkung bei der Projektbuchhaltung (Kosten Kontrollen / Stundenumbuchungen)
- Ansprechperson für Projektleitenden bei Projektbuchhaltungs
- / System Fragen
- Durchführen von Schulungen für Projektleitende im Bereich ERP System (Maconomy)
- Analysen bezüglich Zeiterfassungen der Mitarbeitenden und monatliche/wöchentliche Kontrollen der Falschbuchungen
- Aktualisieren von Controlling Tools und Reports (Monitoring Listen) - für definierten
Teilbereich von AFRY Schweiz AG
- Invoicing
- Freigabe und Kontrolle von Debitorenrechnungen
- Rechnungserstellung und Mahnwesen (für definierten Teilbereich von AFRY Schweiz AG)
- Mithilfe bei Monatsabschluss
- Erstellen von lokalen Monatsabschlussplänen
- Projektbereinigungen
- Analysen von Profit und Loss der einzelnen Projekten
- Monatliche Checks über alle Projekte von AFRY Schweiz AG (Department Wechsel, Überfakturierung, Projektdaten)
- Fehlende Zeiterfassungen von Mitarbeitenden einholen vor Deadline und Korrektur der Falschbuchungen
- Online Dokument Package erstellen für Geschäftsleitung und Abteilungsleitende
- Stellvertretung der Teammitglieder und der Head of Team während deren Abwesenheiten

IHR PROFIL:

- Abgeschlossene Lehre im kaufmännischen Bereich oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder in der Buchhaltung sind wünschenswert, um als Schnittstelle ein vertieftes Verständnis für finanzielle Zusammenhänge zu erfassen
- Exakte, selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise sind ein Muss
- Offene, vorausschauende, dienstleistungs
- und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Landessprache ist ein Vorteil
