Sales Executive

Your contribution:
As Sales Executive, reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will:
- Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships with customers and partners from around the world.
- Contribute to define the sales strategy and execute the sales plan.
- Organise and conduct client calls, generate pricing proposals, demonstrate the product, initiate contractual discussions, and document client interactions in the CRM.
- Monitor relevant market trends and competitors.
- Work closely and collaboratively with your colleagues in the Growth Team.
- Establish collaborative relationships with the Customer Experience, Operations, Product development teams to guarantee a seamless and consistent experience for our clients with our brand and offering.
You bring:
- BS/MS degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and product demos.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency and fluency, additional languages such as German would be advantageous.
You are:
- A proficient user of HubSpot (or have extensive CRM use e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- A user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A proficient user of Microsoft Office
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Customercentric with ability to build constructive and impactful relationships with diverse audiences.
- Trustful with highest level of ethics and integrity.
- Digitallysavvy
- Eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
