**DEINE MISSION**:

- Erkennen neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie Erschliessung neuer Wachstumsplattformen und Kanäle
- Experte der Markt
- und Geschäftsentwicklung der Kategorie
- Entwickeln der überzeugenden Sell-In Argumentation für den Handel
- Durchführung von Category Workshops mit Handelspartnern
- Entwicklung von kategorie
- und kanalspezifischen 5P-Strategien und -Taktiken basierend auf Markt-, Kunden
- und Shopperanalysen
- Übersetzung der Brand Strategie in starke Umsetzungspläne in unterschiedlichen Vertriebskanälen
- Gemeinsame Erstellung von Markenplänen und einer Innovations-Pipeline mit dem Marketingteam

About you
**DEINE KOMPETENZEN**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL oder vgl. mit mind. 3 Jahren Erfahrung im Category Management, Sales/-Controlling oder Brand Management; idealerweise innerhalb der FMCG Branche
- Ausgeprägtes Wissen über die schweizer Handelslandschaft
- Spass am Aufarbeiten, Analysieren und Interpretieren von Datensätzen
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken sowie schnelles Erkennen von Zusammenhängen
- Teamorientiert, kollaborativ und in der Lage funktionsübergreifende Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist von Vorteil
