**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**

Sie erwartet eine spannende Führungstelle im Bereich "Busines Compliance Corporate Business" innerhalb der Division Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, welches die Front-Mitabeiter/innen aus dem Bereich Corporate Business in sämtlichen compliance Belangen unterstützt und berät.
Diese abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit umfasst vielseitige Themen und Aktivitäten, da sie einerseits als primäre Schnittstelle zum Front Office in sämtlichen Compliance relevanten Angelegenheiten unterstützen und beraten und andererseits auch Überwachungsaktivitäten durchführen. Sie identifizieren regulatorische oder Reputationsrisiken und erarbeiten nachhaltige und effektive Lösungen.

Der Bereich Business Compliance Corporate Banking umfasst derzeit sechs Mitarbeitende und besteht aus zwei motivierten Teams, welche eng zusammenarbeiten. Wir pflegen den teamübergreifenden Austausch und erarbeiten Lösungen bei anspruchsvollen Fällen gemeinsam.

Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit zur Fernarbeit für eine vereinbarte Anzahl von Tagen pro Woche.

**Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrung**

Für diese Funktion erfüllen Sie idealerweise die folgenden Anforderungen:

- Ein abgeschlossenes juristisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder alternativ dazu Erfahrungen im Bereich Audit
- oder Compliance
- Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance und vorzugsweise Corporate Banking
- Sie arbeiten sehr selbständig, stukturiert und verfügen über die Fähigkeit, Compliance-relevante Aspekte einer Ausgangslage zu erkennen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit ihre Expertise in der Zusammenarbeit mit Personen auf verschiedenen Hierarchiestufen einsetzen zu können
- Sichere Kommunikation, mündlich wie schriftlich, in Englisch und Deutsch
- Offene, flexible, kommunikative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
