**Functie**:
Als **Product Manager** **heb je ruim en gevarieerd takenpakket want volgende taken behoren ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid:
- Je coördineert, ondersteunt en stuurt de afdeling Purchase aan bestaande uit 2 collega's. **Je beheert het strategisch/tactisch aspect.**:
- Verlenen van **adviezen** inzake productaankopen, product
- en productiestandaardisatie, productontwikkelingen, marktsituatie,...
- Je werkt het **Purchaseplan** volledig uit en zorgt hierin voor een t**actische en strategische aanpak**.
- Zorgen voor het **welzijn** van medewerkers en bevorderen van een **positieve werkcultuur.**:
- Creëren van een **sterke teamspirit** binnen teams en **strategisch meedenken** met beleidsvoorstellen.
- Rapporteren aan de CEO over voortgang, resultaten en uitdagingen binnen HR/Finance domein.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Wil jij aan de slag als **Product Manager** in dit boeiende en dynamische bedrijf? Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die zich idealiter kan herkennen in onderstaande competenties:
- Voor product
- en productiestandaardisatie, maar ook om nieuwe producten te introduceren, is een uitgebreide marktkennis noodzakelijk en dient er intensief samengewerkt te worden met de medewerkers van de bedrijf.
- ** Je werkt frequent samen met andere afdelingen zoals Sales, Productie, Logistiek, Engineering,...**:
- Je geeft periodiek** interne trainingen** rond nieuwe producten en processen.
- Je hebt mínimaal een **bachelor
- of master werk
- en denkniveau** of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Idealiter heb je een **eerste ervaring in Purchase en als Product manager.**:
- Je bent iemand die continu **efficiëntieverbeteringen** ziet en kansen tot **automatisatie** en standaardisatie.
- ** Goede kennis Engels** om in een internationale context te communiceren.
- Sterke technische kennis
- Je kan werken met Microsoft 365.
Het bedrijf is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, daarom is het belangrijk dat je over eigen transport beschikt.
