Your mission:

You will:

  • Oversee the accounting for Boostbar, including:
  • Creditor bookkeeping, including expense management
  • Accounts receivable management including dunning process
  • Payroll management
  • VAT declaration
  • Controlling & management accounts
  • Drafting of monthly and annual management reports
  • Managing payments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records, including employee files, time off requests
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters
  • This role is parttime at around 50%80%

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • 35 years of experience as accountant and/or HR administration
  • Experience with accounting systems e.g. Abacus and Xero
  • Great people & communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • You're able to create structure & order in fastpaced environments
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
