Admin Assiatant -German Speaking role - contract role, location in Zurich

  • Job details:
  • Independent processing in our administrative areas and general office work
  • Carrying out orders for our office e.g. B. general office supplies, etc.
  • Creation and verification of credit card statements & verification of travel expense reports from our employees
  • Coordination & booking of business trips for our employees
  • Fleet management
  • Organization and coordination of internal company events and other diverse occasions

Experience needed:

  • Initial experience with administrative office work desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and admin skills
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Very good written & verbal communication skills
  • You are an organizational talent and can set priorities
  • You are characterized by your independent, responsible and proactive way of working
