What you'll do
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring patients access to our products in individual cases. You'll be making a difference to patient's lives every day.

Main tasks

  • Develop compelling value messages in collaboration with local interdisciplinary teams to engage with health insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize and streamline processes. This includes exploring digital tools, establishing framework agreements, and improving internal processes.
  • Provide valuable input on the development of the regulatory framework to ensure its efficiency.
  • Engage with insurance companies to establish diseaserelated partnerships and contribute to discussions on political topics related to healthcare.
  • Document, analyze, and report on reimbursement requests, while efficiently managing invoices based on various pricing models.

Profile
We need a proactive, analytic, and empathetic individual who excels in communication and partnership. The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain diligence is essential.

  • 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry on any position and curiosity about the market access and reimbursement topics
  • University degree in pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences or economics
  • Strong project management skills to successfully navigate complex reimbursement initiatives
  • Proficiency in understanding clinical studies and translating them into impactful value messages
  • Experience in evidencebased medicine and health technology assessment, enabling informed decisionmaking
  • Proficiency in German and English a must
  • Knowledge of French is encouraged
