This role offers an exciting opportunity to assemble a team of 6 Maintenance Technicians at a new customer site.

• Supervise, train, and guide our maintenance team hands-on, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Establish and enhance standard operating procedures to ensure top-notch quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the main contact for technical issues, troubleshooting machine challenges alongside your skilled team.
• Initiate preventive maintenance programs to uphold equipment performance and durability.
• Ensure smooth communication between shifts, aligning objectives and strategies effectively.
• Oversee equipment upgrades and retrofit projects, collaborating with suppliers for timely and cost-efficient solutions.
• Set an example in daily maintenance operations, acting as a knowledgeable resource for both seasoned professionals and newcomers.
• Champion continual improvement efforts, leveraging your expertise to refine processes and boost site performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in team management or coaching, coupled with a drive for nurturing talent.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance practices, with a proven track record of delivering outcomes.
• Thorough understanding of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
• Keenness to tackle various systems and machinery, being open to hands-on tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences effectively.
