**The Role**:
In this exciting role, you'll help build a team of 6 Maintenance Technicians on a new customer site.
- Provide hands-on supervision, training, and mentorship to our maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures to guarantee maximum quality and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting machine problems alongside your skilled team.
- Spearhead preventative maintenance programs to safeguard equipment performance and longevity.
- Facilitate seamless communication between shifts, ensuring alignment on objectives and strategies.
- Manage equipment upgrades and retrofit projects, liaising effectively with suppliers to achieve timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead by example in day-to-day maintenance operations, serving as a knowledgeable resource for both seasoned professionals and newcomers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to optimize processes and enhance site performance.
- Serve as the on-site representative of our company, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in team management or coaching, with a passion for developing talent.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance practices, with a track record of delivering results.
- Comprehensive understanding of software, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
- Eagerness to tackle diverse systems and machinery, with a willingness to engage in fieldwork.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
