What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within your territory, leveraging your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, steer, and generate new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS).
  • Execute the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy across your designated area.
  • Supervise sales representative performance through objectives, targets, and regular 1:1 coaching.
  • Cultivate lasting, harmonious relationships with high-level customers and partners.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or other Cloud technologies.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful with robust problem-solving abilities and a knack for excelling in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of an extended sales team.
  • Familiarity with Oracle products is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and (Swiss)German.
