Student Concierge

Permanent position / Bulle, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone and visitor inquiries
  • Managing staff/student requests
  • Handling student concierge duties which may involve cash handling
  • Contributing to student intake/graduation processes
  • Managing mail & parcel services
  • Performing various administrative tasks related to student concierge / reception
  • Overseeing student concierge petty cash
  • Regular inventory checks for required materials
  • Selling school merchandise and managing inventory
  • Processing POS transactions and tuition payments
  • Coordinating shuttle reservations
  • Organizing student data in the system
  • Arranging nametags and employee keys
  • Reporting on campus petty cash
  • Being available to work on either campus when needed
  • Undertaking any other assigned tasks

Profile and Qualifications:

  • Commercial CFC, Hospitality, or Business qualification
  • Previous experience in reception, guest relations, service, or administration
  • Understanding of working with young adults
  • Familiarity with multicultural settings
  • Empathetic and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused and independent work style
  • Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
  • Proficient in Internet, MS Office, and databases
  • Fluent in English and French
