TÄTIGKEITSBESCHREIBUNG:

Überarbeitung der Prozesslandschaft und Dokumente und Digitalisierung in ein neues QMS Definieren und modellieren von IST-Prozessen durch Aufnahme der fachlichen Anforderungen Prüfen und Aufzeigen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten Leitung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten in Bezug auf Prozessoptimierungen Erstellung, Lenkung und Verwaltung der erforderlichen Vorgabedokumente Mitarbeit im Aufbau des Business Process Managements in der Organisation Verantwortung für die periodische Überprüfung der Prozesse Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter bezüglich Qualität der Prozesse Interne Ansprechperson bei Prozessfragen Durchführen von internen Audits

PROFIL:

Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung/ Studium im Bereich Qualitäts-/Prozessmanagement Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualität / Qualitätsmanagement und Prozesse / Prozessmanagement Berufserfahrung im Business Process Management und Aufbau eines Managementsystems Anwenderkenntnisse in der Prozess-Modellierung sowie deren Bewirtschaftung Hohe Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz Vernetzte und systematische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Motivation und Durchhaltewillen, neue Themen vorwärtszubringen IT-Affinität, v.a. im Umgang mit relevanten Softwarelösungen (e.g. ConSense) Kenntnisse im Bereich Sicherheit und Umwelt von Vorteil Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil Fremdsprachen: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), Französisch von Vorteil
