GetGoing AG ist ein junges Schweizer Unternehmen, welches schnell wachsende Startups rund um Finanzprozessfragen unterstützt. Wir betreuen unsere Kunden beim Aufbau der für die Skalierung nötigen Infrastruktur und begleiten sie über die Zeit mit strategischer Finanzberatung.

Wir bei GetGoing sind ein wachsendes Team hochqualifizierter und erfahrener Mitarbeiter, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt haben, neue Standards für innovative Finanzdienstleistungen für Startups zu schaffen. Dazu setzen wir die neusten KI-basierten Tools ein und bieten die Möglichkeit in einer modernen, voll digitalisierten und effizienten Arbeitsumgebung tätig zu sein.

Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine/n Startup Accountant (m/w) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, welche/r
- Finanzbuchhaltungen inkl. Nebenbücher von Kunden führt und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER erstellt
- Lohnbuchhaltungen inklusive Personaladministration führt
- Schweizerische Mehrwertsteuer
- und Sozialversicherungsdeklarationen erstellt
- Reportings, Liquiditätspläne und Geschäftsanalysen erarbeitet
- Ansprechperson für Kundenbedürfnisse und -anfragen ist
- das Team bei allgemeinen Buchhaltungsthemen unterstützt

Qualifikation
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder Treuhandwesen mit praktischer Erfahrung von Schweizer Finanzbuchhaltungen, idealerweise im Startup-Umfeld
- Hohe IT-Affinität mit Leidenschaft für digitale Prozesse
- Teamfähig und in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Zuverlässig mit effizienter Arbeitsweise und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
- Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen und wachsenden Unternehmen aktiv mitzuarbeiten
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
