Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Head of IT and IT Security Specialist to implement new tools and processes.

Assist users in case of issues.

Support and continuously improve existing solutions.

About the Role

In this role you will be working as part of a small and diverse team to keep the Previse Systems Business-IT running and improve it over time. You will participate in an ongoing ISO 27001 certification. This includes enhancing existing processes but also implementing new solutions.

Almost the entire IT is cloud-based. We use modern tools and services to support our staff so that they can work as efficiently as possible. For this we utilize services of Microsoft 365 Business, Microsoft Entra ID as well as various Atlassian tools, together with other smaller business IT solutions.

About You

You are a communicative team player who is eager to learn, already has some experience in IT administration and enjoys the challenge of working with very experienced and talented people.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and related technologies.
• Atlassian experience is advantageous.
• Power Shell knowledge, Intune experience, IT security etc. is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This position offers flexibility with regards to working hours.

In order to be able to help with day-to-day business, it would be an advantage if the part-time workload could be split over several days of the week, so that ideally at least 2 hours per business day could be achieved.

We offer a highly performant SaaS solution for European electricity, natural gas and certificates trading – combining modern software architecture with the latest available tools and technology.

As a conceptual innovation, we build on the notion of "community", with an infrastructure for energy companies to leverage synergies through collaboration in the IT domain. We create software without any legacy burden. Our data structure follows accepted market standards, which drives easy and fast data migrations, and is also a core factor of strong system performance.

We develop software that is both optimised for today's energy trading, and ready for the changes anticipated in the markets in the coming years.
