Zur Erweiterung unseres dynamischen Teams suchen wir einen/eine Venture Builder/Online Marketing Projektleiter/in, der/die in der Lage ist, sowohl eigene Ventures als auch Joint Ventures mit unseren Kunden voranzutreiben und gleichzeitig umfassende Online-Marketing-Projekte zu leiten.

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Feld, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Masterstudium oder relevante Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld wie Start-ups oder Unternehmensberatungen.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, vorzugsweise mit einem Schwerpunkt auf digitalen bzw. crossmedialen Kampagnen.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Digital Marketing, Branding und den neuesten Technologien und Tools im Bereich Online-Marketing.
- Unternehmerische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, strategisch und lösungsorientiert zu denken, und einem starken Antrieb, Ergebnisse zu liefern.
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und zu führen.
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen und sich ständig verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten.

**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Leitung und Skalierung von Start-ups sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Joint-Venture-Projekten mit strategischen Partnern.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Go-to-Market-Strategien, Pricing-Modellen und operativen Strukturen, die für die Einführung neuer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Geschäftsmodelle erforderlich sind.
- Führung von crossfunktionalen Teams, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und operative Exzellenz sicherzustellen.
- Budgetverantwortung und Monitoring des ROI durch die Analyse von KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kampagnen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Entwicklungsteams zur Einführung neuer Features und zur Lösung technischer Herausforderungen.
- Aktive Beteiligung im Sales-Team und Förderung des internen Unternehmertums durch den Aufbau von Inhouse-Startups.
