MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Head of Summer Leadership Camp in responding to enquiries, in following up on requests, and in assisting with the registration processof campers.
  • Prepare materials, arrivals and departures of summer campers.
  • Stay up to date with the camp activities and produce social media content: photography, short videos (TikTok/Reels style).
  • Support the enrolment, logistics and supervision of the Summer international Leadership Camp participants.
  • The summer camp is scheduled to take place from July 1 to August 11, requiring full commitment during this period. As the righthand person to the Summer Camp Director, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the camp's success

YOUR PROFILE AND COMPETENCES

  • Currently enrolled in a university (Bachelor) or HES, preferably from a hospitality education background with a keen interest in marketing and events
  • Ideally possess a first professional experience
  • Bilingual French English (mother tongue French or English with fluency in the other language)
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Autonomous, flexible (willing to work sometimes on weekend), proactive, organised, conscientious, clientoriented with a good team spirit.
