Your role
- Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Can you handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?
- We're looking for a business manager to:
- support the Head of Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) by providing administrative, analytical and strategy business support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- write and review critical executive level presentations, reports and speaker notes ensuring appropriate messaging and quality
- work with a variety of stakeholders across Group CEO Office, other GEB offices, the Board of Directors office, and GCRG
- manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels and acting as an ambassador for the GCRG function
Your team
- You'll be reporting to the Head of the Chief of Staff team for GCRG based in Zurich. GCRG is the competence center for Compliance and Operational Risk Control, Governmental and Regulatory Affairs as well as Investigations and Governance matters. We provide a variety of services centrally for our approx. 3,000 employees around the globe keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll be working closely with the Head of GCRG, GCRG Chief of Staff and GCRG Management Team.

Your expertise
- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
- very organized and structured work style with distinct planning and execution abilities and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilient and the ability to manage conflict and pressure in a demanding environment
- flexible, reliable and pragmatic
- advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
- fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
