The Laboratory Dr. Bichsel AG is located in the beautiful Interlaken between Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. We offer interesting and flexible positions for pharmacists who are eager to take on specialized responsibility outside the dispensary while still enjoying customer interaction with regular on-site shifts on rotation with other pharmacists. The tasks of specialized responsibility can largely be carried out from home. We value the collegial and professional exchange among pharmacists as well as interdisciplinary collaboration with all other professional groups.

What you can accomplish:

• You have the opportunity to take on specialized responsibility in the field of home care / mail-order or a liaison role between customers, sales, and the various manufacturing areas in the production sector (approximately 40-50% of workload - occasional days working from home are possible).
• Responsibility for daily operations during regular shifts in the dispensary, holistic care and assistance to our international clientele (Saturday shifts 1 to 2 times per month / on-call shifts of 1 to 2 nights every 5 weeks).
• Positioning and strengthening the pharmacy in the region as well as implementing and developing services in the dispensary.
• Optimizing and monitoring processes, creating guidelines for the handling of medicinal products - you are the primary contact person for answering technical questions about medicines.
• Training staff in specialized areas on handling medicinal products.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed pharmacy studies.
• You have already completed the FPH further education or possess a BAB.
• Experience in a public pharmacy and a curiosity to explore a new role (home care / manufacturing).
• Team collaboration is important to you, and you advocate for interdisciplinary exchange among departments.
• Enjoyment of continuing to work in the pharmacy on some days and developing it further with your ideas.
• Minimum B2 level in German and knowledge of English is advantageous.

• 13th monthly salary.
