Im Auftrag unserer Kunden entwickeln wir Softwareprodukte für das Management von Infrastrukturen hauptsächlich im Aussenraum. Die Endbenutzer erfassen Zustände, planen Instandhaltungsarbeiten und dokumentieren ausgeführte Arbeiten. Infrastrukturen können Strassen sein und alles was darunter liegt, aber auch Bauten daneben oder dasselbe auf privatem Grund.

Geocloud entwickelt GIS basierte Lösungen mit modernsten Technologien und betreibt sie in der Cloud.

Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle tauschst Du dich aktiv mit Personen im Unternehmen und von unseren Kunden aus, welche die Prozesse des Infrastrukturmanagements in den jeweiligen Domänen kennen. Du hilfst aktiv mit, den gesamten Prozess digital abzubilden. Dazu verantwortest du die Produktroadmap und verwaltest das Backlog. Zusammen mit dem Entwicklungsteam priorisierst du die Arbeiten und sorgst dafür, dass wir regelmässig gute und Benutzer orientierte Produktfunktionen bereitstellen können.

  • Entwickeln und umsetzen der Produkt-Strategie
  • Erstellen und Pflegen der Produkte-Roadmaps
  • Identifizieren und Analysieren der Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Erfassen und dokumentieren von Anforderungen und darauf basierend Erstellung von umsetzbaren Stories
  • Entwickeln und umsetzen der Produkt-Strategie und der -Roadmaps
  • Aktives Releasemanagement
  • Priorisieren der Einträge im Produkt Backlog für die Entwicklungsphasen
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder als Productowner*in
  • Fähigkeit, die Probleme und Prozesse der Kunden zu verstehen und sie in passender Form im Produkt Backlog abzubilden
  • Kenntnisse der üblichen agilen Software-Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Gute Deuschkenntnisse für den mündlichen und schriftlichen Austausch mit unseren Kunden (Ingenieurbüros, Werke, Gemeinden, Kantone, etc)
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis für die aktive Mitgestaltung von Softwarelösungen
  • Fähigkeiten in einer Infrastrukturdomäne (Abwasserspezialist, Strassen etc) wären ein starker Pluspunkt
