• Leading procurement activities, including expense analysis, supplier and contract management for assigned indirect product groups.
• Developing and implementing existing procurement strategies, selecting suppliers, and executing agreed prices and conditions in contracts for assigned goods/services, aiming for optimal value and quality from suppliers.
• Supporting the Head of Indirect Procurement in developing, shaping, and implementing procurement strategy and aligning with the company's strategic priorities.
• Managing internal projects from a procurement perspective by bringing in procurement strategies, supplier innovations, tendering, and negotiation skills to support project leaders in achieving overall goals.
• Ensuring procurement solutions are efficient and tailored to business requirements, offering the lowest total costs, optimal service, and highest quality with relevant and effective procurement innovations.
• Managing the procurement lifecycle, tendering processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), evaluation, drafting, contract closure, onboarding, negotiations, supplier management, etc.
• Analyzing, identifying, optimizing, and developing sustainable procurement strategies to minimize risks and TCO while maximizing business benefits.
• Identifying and qualifying potential suppliers for defined product group strategies and ensuring the management of key supplier relationships while minimizing risks and continuously gaining advantages.
• Continuously improving, standardizing, and implementing identified procurement process enhancements, including demand and procurement market analyses, tenders, negotiation, awarding, supplier selection with contract closure and ordering.
• Building and maintaining effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with international regulations and internal processes while maintaining Swiss and international ethical standards in all procurement activities.

• University degree specializing in Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management with familiarity in end-to-end processes.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic procurement of indirect materials and services, including CAPEX in an internationally operating company and proven experience in managing procurement expenses in indirect categories.
• Good understanding of the procurement's role and impact on the overall organization, with effective collaboration skills with finance, production, logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management principles and experience in leading procurement projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills in German and English. Knowledge of other European/Asian languages is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and experience with ERPs (SAP, Comarch, etc.), especially in modern Procurement-to-Pay processes.
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, and presentation skills to successfully interact at all levels, internally and externally.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment characterized by instability, complexity, and ambiguity.
• Proactive, flexible, honest, reliable, self-motivated, and positive personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality, teamwork, and high performance and accountability.
• Demonstrated strong ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity in an international environment, with a passion for fostering positive relationships across different cultures.
