**KARRIERESPRUNG IM TRANSACTION SERVICES**:
Du unterstützt mit deiner professionellen Arbeitsweise unsere anspruchsvolle Kundschaft bei der Umsetzung von Kaufs
- und Verkaufsprojekten. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem spannenden Arbeitsumfeld bist und gerne mit anpackst, bist du bei uns richtig.

**DAS BEWEGST DU**:

- Betreuung und Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden im Bereich Due Diligence
- Mitarbeit bei Due Diligence Projekten (käufer
- und verkäuferseitig)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen und externen Stellen (beispielsweise Anwälte oder Private Equities)
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von Kunden während des Transaktionsprozesses
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Dienstleistungsangebote im Bereich Deal Advisory

**DAMIT GELINGT ES DIR**:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/ und/oder Masterstudium in Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Accounting & Controlling
- Ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken, überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Flair für Zahlen
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise wie auch Eigeninitiative zur Verbesserung der Dienstleistung und der Arbeitsprozesse sind erwünscht
- Hohe Professionalität und Belastbarkeit sowie teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute mündliche wie auch schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch werden vorausgesetzt, gute Französischkenntnisse ist ein Vorteil
