Übernehmen Sie die Führungsrolle für die Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der von uns genutzten AI-Technologien. Sie gestalten aktiv die Zukunft der Rechtsberatung zusammen mit einem dynamischen Team von Spezialisten mit.

Aufgabenbereich:

- Sie sind unser Innovationstreiber für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und Machine Learning (ML) Themen, entwickeln aktuell genutzte Tools weiter, führen neue Tools ein und bringen unsere Wirtschaftskanzlei in diesen Technologien auf das nächste Level.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Rechtsanwälte, um ihre Dienstleistungen durch die Nutzung von AI-Tools zu auf ein neues Level zu bringen und neue AI-basierte Dienstleistungen für Klienten zu entwickeln.
- Sie übernehmen eine Führungsrolle für interdisziplinäre AI-Projekte und treiben deren Umsetzung zusammen mit unseren Legal Tech Spezialisten voran.
- Als AI-Experte greifen Sie die neusten technologischen Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich der Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache auf und lassen die Fortschritte in unsere Arbeit einfliessen.
- Sie verantworten die Schulung unserer Mitarbeitenden, um sie auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten und helfen uns, die Fähigkeiten der Sprachmodelle im juristischen Bereich optimal zu nutzen.
- Sie pflegen aktiv ein Netzwerk zu externen AI- und ML-Experten und repräsentieren unsere Wirtschaftskanzlei an Fachtagungen.

Anforderungen:

- Ausgewiesene Expertise in den Bereichen AI und ML sowie vorzugsweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Implementierung von KI-Systemen oder in der Leitung von transformativen AI-Initiativen
- Wissbegierig und up-to-date mit den neusten Trends und Entwicklungen
- Technologiebegeisterung sowie Interesse, AI und ML in unserer Wirtschaftskanzlei zu etablieren und diese aufregende Welt, unseren Mitarbeitenden näher zu bringen
- Motivation und Kreativität, neue innovative Ideen zu entwickeln und voranzutreiben
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle Problemstellungen zu lösen
- Can-do-Mentalität sowie proaktive, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen
- Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Sozial
- und Kommunikationskompetenzen
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, auch in Bezug auf die Arbeitsweise unserer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Vertrautheit mit juristischer Arbeit und den Bedürfnissen von Anwälten ist ein Plus
