Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audit of consolidated and annual financial statements for national and international (large) companies & SMEs according to various accounting standards
  • Participate in advisory projects such as consolidation, financial reporting, sustainability, or forensic topics and special audits
  • Evaluate processes and internal controls in key business areas of clients, identify areas for improvement
  • Assume responsibility for reporting and discussing audit results with the board of directors and management
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients, actively participate in acquiring new mandates, client events, and recruiting new employees
  • Manage a team, provide on-the-job coaching to contribute to the development of team members
  • Drive digitalization of audits at clients to ensure efficient and value-added audits

Your Profile:

  • Successful completion of studies in auditing or a similar field
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a Big4
  • Values of respect, integrity, and teamwork
  • Leadership experience and enjoyment of leading a team
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Enjoy interacting with others - whether with clients or team members
  • Comfortable in an international environment, fluent in German and English
