Dans le cadre d'une demande d'un de nos clients, une banque privée basée à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d'une ou d'un **Junior Portfolio Manager.** Au bénéfice d'une expérience de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'asset management, vous interviendrez en support des Gérants Seniors pour les activités de gestion discrétionnaire et de gestion de fonds de placement.

Vos activités (non exhaustif):
**Portefeuilles discrétionnaires**
- Travailler sur les investissements des portefeuilles en fonction des commentaires du marché et des clients.
- Déterminer la stratégie/philosophie d'investissement pour chaque portefeuille modèle.
- Veiller à ce que les portefeuilles proposés soient alignés en permanence avec les orientations stratégiques de la banque
- Surveiller la performance des mandats par rapport aux objectifs définis.
- Préparer les présentations marketing comprenant des propositions d'investissement, les term-sheets et autres supports.
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus d'allocation et de gestion d'actifs.

**Fonds d'investissement**:

- Suivre les portefeuilles afin de s'assurer qu'ils respectent les politiques et les restrictions d'investissement.
- Suivre les performances des fonds d'investissement.
- Préparation des reportings des fonds (statistiques, attribution des performances, perspectives).
- Faire le lien avec autres parties prenantes telles que les administrateurs et les auditeurs externes.
- Assister aux réunions clients pour présenter les solutions d'investissement, les tendances des marchés et les performances des mandats.

**Divers**:

- Effectuer des analyses et de recherches pour le compte du comité d'investissement.
- Assister les gérants seniors dans le cadre de demandes particulières.
- Participer à la gestion de projets dans le cadre de nouvelles solutions d'investissement.

Les langues de travail, au quotidien, sont l'anglais et le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

**Une expérience locale dans un rôle similaire est indispensable afin que nous puissions prendre en considération votre dossier.** **Résidence en Suisse, CH ou permis déjà en mains.**

**Profil minimum requis**:

- Formation supérieure dans le domaine de la finance.
- 2 à 4 années d'expérience dans le domaine financier et de la gestion d'actifs Suisse (Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, etc.).
- Très bonne connaissance des produits financiers et des outils financiers (Bloomberg).
- Bon communicateur, très bonnes capacités d'adaptation et d'intégration.
- Analytique, capacité à synthétiser, très bon rédactionnel.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, volonté de s'investir pour progresser.
- Français - Anglais, Langues de travail.
- ** Domicile en Suisse**, nationalité suisse ou permis en cours de validité.
