Als Recruiting-Partner von Credit Suisse suchen wir genau Sie als** Client Service** (w/m/d) **im Personal & Business Banking** %) am Standort in Zürich. In Ihrer Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erbringung eines herausragenden Kundenservice. Sie bearbeiten Kundenaufträge mit großem Engagement und bieten Beratung zur Optimierung der Bankbeziehung. Zusätzlich vermitteln Sie Kunden bei Bedarf an spezialisierte Experten. Sie erhalten eine aktive Einarbeitung in den Bereich und eine stetige Begleitung im Tagesgeschäft. **Ihr Aufgabenbereich**
- Sie bieten den internen Kunden einen hervorragenden Service in einem zukunftsorientierten und äusserst dynamischen Bereich
- Sie erledigen telefonische und teilweise schriftliche Kundenaufträge und Kundenanfragen selbständig und mit grossem Engagement
- Sie beraten die Kunden bezüglich möglicher Optimierungen der Bankbeziehung
- Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Aufgabe, die Kunden bei Expertenbedarf an Hypothekar
- oder Anlagespezialisten zu vermitteln
- Sie überzeugen die Kunden mit Ihrer gewinnenden, serviceorientierten und professionellen Art

**Was Sie für den Job auszeichnet**
- Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (Banklehre von Vorteil)
- Freude am Kundenkontakt, Hilfsbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung
- Verkaufstalent, um die Kunden für die hervorragenden Banklösungen zu begeistern
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
- Kommunikative, zuverlässige und eigenständige Persönlichkeit
- Fähigkeit sich rasch auf neue Gegebenheiten einstellen zu können, die der digitale Wandel mit sich bringt
- Einsatz für eine Kultur der Inklusion und Wertschätzung vielfältiger Sichtweisen
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
- Fr: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
