Immediate availability is essential, and the position extends until August, transitioning from part-time to full-time hours.Location:

Position Type:
Temporary (ASAP - August)
Working Hours:
Part-time (25 hours/week) until May, Full-time thereafter
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a nurturing and secure environment for the 2monthold baby.
- Execute feeding routines, manage diaper changes, and maintain the baby's daily schedule.
- Design and implement ageappropriate developmental activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the baby's living and play spaces.
- Foster open communication with parents regarding the child's wellbeing and developmental milestones.
Working Hours:
- Parttime: 25 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday) until May.
- Fulltime: 40 hours per week from May to August.
- Reliability: A dependable caregiver committed to consistently meeting the baby's needs.
- Calmness: A composed demeanor, especially in challenging situations, to create a soothing environment.
- Hard Working: Demonstrates initiative, proactiveness, and efficiency in fulfilling responsibilities.
Requirements:
- EU Passport or valid Swiss Work Permit
- Prior experience in childcare, particularly with infants and checkable references.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Croatian is advantageous.
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a calm and patient demeanor.
- Adaptability to transition from parttime to fulltime in May.
- Understanding of child development and safety protocols.
- Possession of a driver's license is a plus.
