We have an exciting opportunity for a/an Fiscal Compliance Supervisor in our Manno office.

Department Overview:

The Fiscal Compliance function is a key part of EMEA Finance, responsible for addressing existing and evolving fiscal requirements in multiple countries and jurisdictions within Europe.

This role, together with the broader Finance team, is responsible for managing a dynamic landscape of new reporting requirements, ensuring process and system changes as well as ongoing improvements.

Beyond Finance, the Fiscal Compliance function also works closely with central Project Management, Operations, Legal and IT teams to achieve our common compliance goals.

What You'll Do:
You will supervise and facilitate compliance with new and existing Fiscal requirements (e.g. SAF-T and e-invoicing) and function as a central point of contact to support business and/or transformation initiatives impacting Finance.

This role is focused on monitoring, implementing, and maintaining Tax compliance, Statutory accounting, reporting and bookkeeping requirements, and the related systems, data flows and relevant controls, while promoting greater transparency and more efficient fiscal operations.

• Monitor and identify new Tax and/or Statutory requirements; liaising with the Project Management Office and internal business partners (e.g. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax, Legal, IT) and stakeholders to communicate change, discuss impacts and business requirements, and develop optimal solutions
• Maintain governance over deadlines, including Statutory financial statements, CIT and VAT reporting identifying and communicating risks and taking leadership in risk mitigation
• Functional as a central point of contact for the Finance team, providing advice and coordination to resolve compliance issues or address system and operational impacts from Business or Transformational changes
• Collaborate with General Ledger country accountants and the Group Tax team to ensure compliance needs are met maintain Statutory and Tax Compliance calendars
• Manage and coordinate with external service providers and ensure appropriate internal communication of changes
• Agree project costs and support budget management and related reporting

You'll Need to Have:

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or a similar role.
• Degree Holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting certification, such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or similar, is preferred.
• Experience with a Global company with significant presence in EMEA and the Nordics desired. Retail and ecommerce experience is desirable.
• Experience working with accounting & ERP systems, such as SAP.
• Ability to build and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships.
• Ability to share ideas, develop effective responses and influence management decisions.
• Must be able to exercise a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Selfmotivated, detailed and deadlineoriented, with a proven track record to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities. Ability to remain organized in a fastpaced environment.
• A strong 'growth' and transformational mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, and an eagerness to drive longterm improvements and change.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risks, and opportunities. Project Management skills are also desirable.
• Fluent in and comfortable working in English.
