For our DACH, I, F Cluster we are looking for a

Learning and Development Manager M/F/D
Workload| 80-100%

Together with your team colleagues, based in different stations, you will be responsible for personnel development at the Swissport stations.

Your workplace will be at your local station, with regular and close contacts and personal exchange with colleagues from
other stations.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle the professional development of our employees, focusing on the needs of employees and the company
  • Contribute to the further development of leadership at all levels
  • Advise managers and Business Line Leaders, on team development, cultural development, and organisational development
  • Evaluate individual and organisational development needs and provide the best solution
  • Help employees to unfold to their best potential
  • Design and deliver global and local learning measures and programs
  • Guarantee harmonized and standardized staff development activities
  • Ensure the implementation and further development tools
  • Design elearning courses, workshops and career plans
  • Be the contact person for management and HR partners on the abovementioned topics

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Advanced education level in human resources, preferably in personnel and organisational development
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • You have excellent communication skills, are fluent in German and English (both C1) and have very good knowledge in Italian (B2), French (B2) is a plus
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as organisational flair
  • Experience in projects and processoriented work, round off your profile
