In the Switzerland and Austrian Marketing Team you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.

We have special focus will be on launch excellence for biologic products and JAK inhibitors.

Our Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the entire portfolio and successfully driving the commercial implementation of marketing campaigns and approaches in close collaboration with cross functional teams.

Your role

As Product Manager you will create strategic, competitive go-to-market approaches based on customer needs and market insights for
Switzerland and Austria.

You will drive and monitor product performance through commercial excellence in multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Your primary activities and skills will include:

  • Understanding and translating the global product strategy into local priorities and developing an integrated strategic marketing plan for the portfolio.
  • Implementing strategic marketing plans and all related commercial activities.
  • Presenting to and training the sales team, ensuring appropriate wording and messaging in the market.
  • Managing all aspects of the pre
- and post-launch product life cycle, including monitoring and reporting on in-market activity, and responding with tactical development and marketing activities to ensure continued profitability and growth.

  • Engaging with customers and the sales team to understand specific needs through market research and ongoing visits to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Analyzing the local market and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Participating and representing the country's and cluster voice at regional and global brand meetings to address its specific needs.
  • Being selfmotivated and highly resultsoriented, driving innovation through an entrepreneurial mindset and thinking outside the box.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, knowing who to approach and how to effectively get things done through nonhierarchical influence.
  • Fostering an inclusive team culture and promoting strong collaboration within the crossfunctional team.
  • Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, science or appropriated education and experiences
  • More than 3 years of experience within marketing functions in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in specialty products and RX business
  • Track record of successful product management including launches and Loss of Exclusivity (LoE) situations
  • Knowledge of dermatology and special knowledge in the field of biologics and/or JAK inhibitors of advantage
  • Very good knowledge of the guidelines and requirements of the law in the healthcare system and pharma industry in Switzerland
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus
