**MISSION**

Comme Business Line Leader du Service Passager, vous êtes responsable d'assurer une performance stratégique et opérationnelle optimales pour votre domaine de responsabilités. Dans ce rôle exigeant, vous serez le point de contact principal entre votre département, votre management direct et vos différents interlocuteurs. Vous assisterez vos équipes dans le processus de planification à moyen et long terme ainsi que dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations afin d'atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle. Votre qualité la plus importante est la capacité à mobiliser et travailler avec vos équipes pour fournir quotidiennement un service de haute qualité aux clients. Votre profil combine un savoir-faire, une gestion et analyses des datas liées aux opérations et des compétences en gestion des personnes. Enfin, vous serez responsable des avancées innovantes du Service Passager dans les années à venir.

**ACTIVITES ET RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES**

**Opérations**
- Assumer la responsabilité du service client et des prestations opérationnelles fournies à l'aéroport et aux compagnies aériennes, dans le respect des accords contractuels en place
- Piloter les opérations par des actions ciblées d'amélioration continue ; adapter en conséquence les différentes procédures et normes, y compris au niveau QHSE, et superviser étroitement les performances opérationnelles au travers des KPIs définis
- Assurer l'interface à l'interne entre votre département et les autres et à l'externe avec nos partenaires aéroportuaires ; plus globalement, représenter Swissport dans différentes instances telles que l'équipe de crise de l'aéroport et des compagnies aériennes
- Respecter les budgets alloués dans la gestion efficiente des ressources

**Leadership**
- Assurer le fonctionnement optimal de l'unité dans tous ses aspects humains, opérationnels et techniques, en collaboration avec la Direction et votre management
- Assurer la gestion, la polyvalence et le développement des compétences de vos équipes dans une vision globale Swissport
- Superviser la gestion des absences et les situations individuelles difficiles en étroite collaboration avec votre management et avec le soutien des fonctions transverses
- Favoriser une communication efficiente et plus globalement un mode de fonctionnement privilégiant la sécurité au travail, la collaboration et la responsabilisation

**Commercial**
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients de manière globale, en traitant practivement les problèmes de performance opérationnelle, en étroite collaboration avec les responsables d'entités vous rapportant ainsi que tous les partenaires tels que, compagnies aériennes, autorités aéroportuaires, etc.
- Soutenir la Direction de la station en fournissant des informations sur les complexités locales, notamment pour les budgets, ainsi qu'à la Direction commerciale pour les appels d'offres mais aussi dans un lien régulier avec le responsable commercial de la station pour favoriser les échanges d'informations
- Assurer la représentation du département auprès des partenaires externes

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Expérience avérée dans une fonction de management dans le domaine de l'aviation ou un environnement technique de préférence, formation supérieure un atout
- Compétences démontrées en gestion de projets et mise en place de processus
- Solide bagage managérial avec compétences en conduite d'équipe, communication assertive, écoute active, gestion des priorités, prise de décision, fixation et délégation d'objectifs, suivi et développement de talents
- Sens de la planification, de l'organisation et force de proposition
- Aptitudes à la réflexion stratégique privilégiant la mise en place de solutions innovantes
- Talents de communication, sens de la diplomatie, prédisposions à la négociation et orienté service client
- Capacité à créer des synergies et accompagner les équipes dans la conduite du changement
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
- Maîtrise de MS-Office
