Au sein du Département Commercial, et de l'équipe Client Expérience and Programming, vous accompagnerez la Client Services & Care Project Manager dans la mise en place et le pilotage des opérations Care Services sur le Marché Suisse.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Soutien opérationnel du CS
- Être en support des Boutiques et des Partenaires concernant les réparations en cours et les cas potentiellement litigieux
- Coordonner la communication entre les points de vente, la Plateforme et les Manufactures
- Être le contact privilégié des points de vente concernant les procédures Care Services
- S'assurer du fonctionnement et de la bonne gestion des outils en Boutique
- Soutenir les Boutiques sur les Services immédiats
- Déploiement et suivi des Plans de fidélisation CARE
- Accompagner nos points de vente sur le projet Cartier CARE, de la communication aux Clients au fonctionnement du programme
- Assurer le déploiement des Plans de Service au sein de la filiale, en collaboration avec nos points de vente, et analyser les résultats
- Répondre aux demandes des Boutiques concernant le Baromètre de satisfaction et les soutenir dans l'optimisation de l'outil
- Développer l'utilisation des Montres de Courtoisie au sein des Equipes en Boutique
- Participation aux différents projets CS
- Être un relai d'information auprès des parties prenantes (Boutiques, Partenaires, Filiale, Manufactures & HQ)
- Participer aux présentations et au développement des outils relatifs à ces projets
- Mettre en œuvre des formations pour contribuer au succès des projets et assurer leur suivi
- Gestion des demandes extérieures
- Répondre aux demandes de la Police ou de toute autre institution légale
- Etablir des attestations de valeur lorsque demandé par un Client

- Aptitude à travailler en multi-projets : rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités
- Orientation Clients
- Soucis du détail
- Autonomie
- Bon sens relationnel
- Français et Anglais courant, l'Allemand est un plus
