Supply Chain Planning - Solution Architekt

Deine Aufgaben
  • Analyse der Lieferketten unserer Kunden auf Ineffizienzen und mögliche Optimierungen - dabei sprichst Du mit den Fachabteilungen der Kunden über Ihre Prozesse - vom Einkauf, S&OP bis zur Fertigungsplanung und dem Vertrieb
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen, Ableiten der IT-Lösungsarchitektur sowie Ausarbeiten des Business Case (Kosten & Nutzen)
  • Planung und Steuerung der Umsetzung auf fachlicher, organisatorischer (inkl. Organisatorischem Change-Management) und technischer Ebene – Dabei hast du ein klares Verständnis dafür, wie die technische Umsetzung der Planungsprozesse erfolgen kann
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau der Business Unit und Weitergabe Deines Experten-Know-Hows an die Berater-Kollegen
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung auf mehreren Projekten im Lösungsdesign als Solution Architect (Prozesse und Technologie), inkl. erfolgreichen Projekt-Implementierungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der technischen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von SAP im Bereich Planung sowie umfassende Kenntnisse zur Konfiguration in SAP (IBP, APO, ERP)
  • Analytisches Denken und Umsetzungsstärke, von der Strategie bis zur Arbeitsebene
  • Überdurchschnittliche Kompetenz in der Moderation und Kommunikation, insbesondere bei der Darstellung und Vermittlung von Konzepten und Ideen
  • Mehrsprachig – nicht nur in Deutsch & Englisch, sondern auch in "Business" & "IT"
  • Neugier, Pragmatismus, Qualitätsdenken, Bodenständigkeit und viel Menschlichkeit solltest Du auch mitbringen
  • Du magst es, zu moderieren, präsentieren und zu begeistern? Du bist ein «Macher» und denkst in Lösungen anstatt Problemen? Dabei hast du keine Angst vor Verantwortung und bist bereit, aus dem Schatten zu treten?
