As a
_Product Manager__ _at Lakera, you'll play an essential role in leading the charge towards a safer future for AI.

At Lakera, we're not just creating products, we're revolutionizing an entire industry.

Your expertise and vision will be crucial in driving and executing our roadmap, ultimately developing products that challenge the status quo.

You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on how AI is developed across all sectors.

You will wear two hats. On the one hand, your focus will be on the user.

You will gain a deep understanding of our customers and target users to lead the product discovery process and refine our product vision.

You'll be involved in every aspect of product development, from writing feature requirements to creating mockups and testing ideas directly with users.

You'll determine the metrics that matter and use them to drive decision-making.

You will also be at the core of product development.

You'll collaborate closely with our engineering team to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap, ensuring that we build the product that exceeds user expectations.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of AI safety beyond just our products.

You'll research and understand market trends to assess opportunities and propose new business cases that will enable Lakera to take the lead in this exciting and rapidly growing field.


About you
You have a proven track record of taking pre-product-market fit to market and driving wide customer adoption.

You have a _minimum of 3 years of experience_ in a _fast-moving tech startup _and have _worked closely with engineering teams_ to ship software products.

Bonus points if you have _brought developer-focused software products to market_.


You are _obsessed by the user _and are not shy around data, as a matter of fact you thrive by _designing the right metrics _and using them to _drive decisions_.

Experience in AI is not a must, this position presents an opportunity to quickly be at the cutting edge of this rapidly evolving field.

We are a fast-moving, early-stage startup with a growing team. As such, we need someone who can _thrive on ambiguity_, _start projects from scratch,_ and g_et things done_. Your keen _attention to detail,_ _critical-thinking_ and _problem-solving_ abilities are second to none. You possess a high level of _autonomy_ and can operate independently, with a natural bias towards action.
