Board is looking for a resourceful
Marketing Analytics Expert to join our Marketing Operations team in our Chiasso HQ.


Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee and manage the integration of our existing marketing stack, ensuring its seamless operation to transform data into actionable insights and data-driven strategies.

You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying trends, evaluating campaign performance, and making strategic recommendations.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot data systems and tools used in marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define data requirements for campaigns, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide datadriven recommendations for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and messaging effectiveness.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing automation to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics or marketing operations will be considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing operations, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, campaign execution, and demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce. Familiarity with DemandBase and SalesLoft is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
