We're recruiting for an innovator in oncology, rare disease and other indications, for a critical role as EU Labelling Operations Director.


In this role you are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of global labelling strategies and processes to ensure timely, accurate and compliant product information is communicated to customers and regulatory agencies.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for labelling in the pharma industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of global labelling policies, procedures and processes that ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Oversee the production of product labels and promotional materials, ensuring that they are accurate, compliant, and meet customer needs.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure that labelling strategies align with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry groups to stay informed of changes in regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that labelling processes and technologies are uptodate and efficient.
  • Ensure that labelling processes are monitored and continuously improved to meet changing business needs and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all labelling information is communicated in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
  • 10+ years industry experience with at least 5 years in regulatory affairs / labelling.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for product labelling in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
