Hobson Prior are looking for a CQ Site Lead to join a brilliant pharmaceutical corporation on a contract basis located in Boudry.
Our client is focused on finding, developing and distributing novel remedies that assist people in overcoming serious illnesses.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will be accountable for driving the commissioning and qualification actions of a new facility in Boudry, which involves utilities, equipment, CSV, etc., rendering to standards and regulatory needs.
- Guide a team of coworkers and contractors to accomplish C&Q goals in line with capital project milestones and site objectives.
- You will manage approval of the C&Q firm deliverables.
- Direct/assist with the execution of structures, tools, and procedures to actively handle C&Q actions.
- Supervise the OSD-LSF project C&Q work actions of major difficulty to guarantee it is within budget completion in a timely manner.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Able to resolve issues.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Works well independently as well as in a team.
Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in an engineering or science linked field such as life science, mechanical, chemical, or similar.
- At least 10 years of experience handling staff and/or multifaceted projects, which involves direct familiarity handling various commissioning/qualification/validation contractors and actions for large multifaceted projects.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in French would be advantageous for the role.
- Acquaintance with project and change management.
- Past involvement in product life cycle management.
- Familiarity with health authority inspections such as preparing, process, presentations, reply drafting, etc., with interactions which involves facetoface and reply to audit queries.
