**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als Betreiber der Gebäude und der dazugehörigen Gebäudetechnik stellen sie die Verfügbarkeit sicher
- Arbeiten an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, welche unser Wachstum vorwärts bringen, z.B. Arbeitsplatzentwicklung und zur Verfügung stellen von Dienstleistungen
- Entwickeln und verbessern sie interne und externe Serviceprozesse für Unterhaltsreinigung, Arealpflege, Pest Control, Catering, Arbeitskleider, Garderoben und den Empfang
- Definieren und erfassen sie Instandhaltungsmassnahmen für das Facility Mgt
- Führen Projekte im Bereich Facility Management fach
- und termingerecht aus
- Arbeiten als Nutzervertreter (SME) bei grösseren Investitionsprojekten mit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie können sich schnell in verschiedene Aufgabenstellungen einarbeiten und haben ein Flair für technische Einrichtungen und Gebäude
- Durch ihre handlungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ihre zielgerichtete Kommunikation, ihre strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise fällt es Ihnen leicht, abteilungsübergreifende Aufgaben erfolgreich zu bearbeiten
- Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Interessensgruppen lösungsorientiert zu kommunizieren
- Abschluss im Bereich Facility Management (FH oder HF)
- Idealerweise haben Sie eine handwerkliche Berufsausbildung absolviert
- Erfahrung im Umfeld der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
