Director Global Product Supply Master Planning

Purpose
Direct global demand consolidation and optimized usage of factory capacity in line with company strategy and availability targets.

Be the Planning partner for Integrated Planning/Finance, Global Logistic, Program and Strategy, Sourcing Ops, responsible for translating Brand/Market ambitions into tactical & operational requirements.

Provide actionable insights, while establishing and maintaining a Global Planning framework that can be leveraged across all BUs/ Markets and planning horizons.

- Key Accountabilities

  • Drive and implement level loading plans in collaboration with Sourcing to ensure optimal use of factory capacity and capabilities with the objective to achieve relevant KPI
  • Create Global availability projections and develop plans to achieve targets whilst investigating drivers of variations to targets
  • Develop and implement processes and tools that contribute to product availability targets
  • Support strategic and creation zone IBP drumbeat for GOPS, provide insight for sell & and produce zone to support capability & capacity building for supply base
  • Develop, establish and govern Global planning policies, framework, processes, parameter, and reporting
  • Drive process harmonization across Brands, Divisions & Business Units
  • Support strategic initiatives/ projects as required and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
  • Actively manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development

  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain management including leadership experience.
