Head Corporate Treasury

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Kontinuierliche Liquiditätsplanung und strategische Allokation der liquiden Mittel im Austausch mit den internen Stakeholdern
  • Verwaltung und Verrechnung der Sicherheiten im Geschäftsbetrieb von Alpiq
  • Management des Cash pooling in einem internationalen Kontext
  • Verwaltung der konzerninternen Darlehen weltweit
  • Zinsmanagement der internen Mittel
  • Devisenmanagement und Bilanzierung von Absicherungsgeschäften
  • Gestaltung und Kontrolle der Verrechnungspreise
  • Vermögensverwaltung und Investment-Themen
  • Business Partner des Risk Management Committee und national und international zuständig für die Einhaltung der Richtlinien der Alpiq Gruppe bei internationalen Aktivitäten


Ihr Profil
  • Kaufmännische Aus- und Weiterbildung, idealerweise mit einer spezifischen Zusatzausbildung im Finanzbereich wie CAS Swiss Certified Treasurer oder MAS Corporate Finance
  • 10+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Treasury
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie im Management von abteilungsübergreifenden und internationalen Prozessen und Projekten
  • Leistungsausweis bei der Verwaltung eines grossen Zins- und Währungsportfolios
  • Leistungsausweis bei der Optimierung der Kosten für das Portfolio von Sicherheitslinien und Garantien
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzierung und Strukturierung von internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Leistungsausweis bei der Verwaltung und Strukturierung internationaler Konsortialkredite
  • Treasuryrelevante IT- Kenntnisse (SAP TR und SAP BCM)
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, sicheres Urteilsvermögen auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Starkes Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
