**Unternehmensbeschreibung**
Oxygen at Work zählt zu den Top 100 Proptech-Start-ups in Europa. Wir kombinieren wissenschaftlich fundierte Pflanzenkonzepte mit Sensortechnologie, um Büroumgebungen messbar gesünder und attraktiver zu gestalten. Unser junges Team, bestehend aus gut 45 Mitarbeitenden, arbeitet verteilt in unseren zwei Büros - dem Hauptsitz in Zürich und unserem neuen Office im Herzen von Berlin.
**Stellenbeschreibung** Das erwartet dich**:
Ab Juli/August 2024 suchen wir eine*n **Junior Project Manager*in (100%)** in Zürich. In dieser Einstiegsposition bist du Teil unseres Operations Teams und lernst, wie wir unsere intelligenten Pflanzenkonzepte für grosse Unternehmen mit vielen Ansprechpersonen sowie kleineren Kunden mit einzigartigen Projekten entwerfen, planen und umsetzen. Nach deiner Einarbeitung, wirst du selbständig sein und Verantwortung von A-Z für deine Projekte übernehmen können, wobei du Einblicke in alle operativen Prozessen erhältst. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team, Business Development und Customer Success sowie unseren Kunden und Partner zusammen.

Dabei leistest du einen erheblichen Beitrag zur Gesundheit und zum Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter. In dieser Rolle gehören folgende Aufgaben dazu:

- ** Planung/Vorbereitung von zugeteilten Projekten von A-Z**:

- ** Projektübersicht schaffen**: Du erarbeitest eine Übersicht des Projekts (Begrünung) durch Aufarbeitung aller vorhandenen Informationen und stellst gegebenenfalls intern Rückfragen an das Business Development Team.
- ** Kommunikation**: Du übernimmst die direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden, Umzugsfirmen und Lieferanten, um alle nötigen Details für die Realisierung des Projekts festzulegen.
- ** Vorbereitung/Sensoren**: Du bereitest dich auf den Begrünungstag vor und setzt alle Informationen zusammen (Übersicht von Plänen, Zugang zu den Büros, Kontaktpersonen etc.) inklusive der Vorbereitung von Sensoren sowie des OxygenX Dashboards, damit die Kunden danach Zugang zu ihren Luftqualitätsdaten haben.
- **Umsetzung von Projekten**
- ** Vor Ort**: Nach der Planung deiner Projekte bist du in der Deutschschweiz unterwegs, um bei unseren Kunden vor Ort für eine reibungslose Realisierung unserer Pflanzenkonzepte zu sorgen.
- ** Koordination**: Du koordinierst die Anlieferung unserer Pflanzen sowie die Umzugsfirma, die bei der Platzierung der Pflanzen unterstützt und installierst die Sensoren.
- ** Projektabschluss**: Du stellst sicher, dass die Pflanzen gemäß Pflanzenkonzept und Erfahrungswerten richtig positioniert wurden, damit das Projekt zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Kunden abgeschlossen werden kann.

**Qualifikationen** Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast einen **Berufsabschluss** oder ähnliches;
- ** Erfahrung im Projektmanagement**: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle gesammelt;
- ** Kommunikationsstärke**: Du bist kommunikativ und kannst gut mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern wie Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Teams umgehen, sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch;
- ** Organisationstalent**: Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu planen und zu koordinieren, bringst eine Liebe zum Detail mit und behältst dabei den Überblick;
- ** Praktisches Geschick**: Du legst gerne selbst Hand an und scheust dich nicht davor, aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Projekten mitzuwirken;
- ** Flexibilität und Mobilität**: Du bist gerne unterwegs und bereit, verschiedene Standorte zu besuchen und magst Abwechslung (Office & Field Work);
- ** Technisches Verständnis**: Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis für technische Geräte und Systeme, wie z.B. Sensoren und Dashboards und andere Tools;
- ** Teamgeist**: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und möchtest aktiv bei der Entwicklung des Teams in Zürich mitwirken;
- ** Proaktive Einstellung**: Du bist motiviert, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit und hast Lust dich im Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln.
