Validation Engineer (M/W) - Mikron Switzerland AG, Boudry
Location: Boudry, NE, Switzerland
Type: Permanent position
Main Responsibilities:
- Validate assembly systems as per partner agreements (timelines, quality).
- Identify and resolve technical issues, and communicate with project teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal project teams for qualification/validation matters.
- Create and manage qualification/validation documentation from design phase for mechanical, software, and hardware elements.
- Lead qualification/validation tasks (risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test execution during FAT/SAT) both internally and with partners (around 20% travel per year).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Experience in qualification/validation of automated systems (mechanical, software, hardware).
- Familiarity with directives and standards.
- Background in the pharmaceutical or medical sector (preferred).
- Proficiency in French; good command of English and/or German.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, aim-oriented with prioritization abilities.
- Readiness to tackle challenges.
- Passion for innovation and automation technologies.
- Agile, adaptable, and flexible mindset.
Additional Details:
- Only individuals holding an EU/EFTA passport are eligible for a Swiss work permit.
- Flexible work hours with an option for remote work (1 day per week).
