Unsere Help Point Organisation steht für einen unkomplizierten und raschen Schaden-Service für Motorfahrzeuge. Wir kümmern uns dank der Digitalisierung ohne grossen Papierkram für unsere Kunden um die Organisation der Fahrzeugreparaturen und dies ohne Einschränkung auf den persönlichen und professionellen Kundenkontakt.
Als Schadenspezialist/in Help Point nimmst du dich den Kunden an und sorgst zusammen mit dem Team vor Ort für das beste Kundenerlebnis.
**Was du tust**
- Sicherstellung der Dienstleistung des Help Point Betriebes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fahrzeugexperten-Team
- direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden
- selbständiges Entgegennehmen und Erledigen von Motorfahrzeugschäden
- Einleiten von Sofortmassnahmen (u.a. Expertisen) sowie aktive Lösungsfindung
- Entgegennehmen von Schadensmeldungen am Telefon
- Abwicklung und Sicherstellung des Help Point Prozesses
- Pflegen von persönlichem Kundenkontakt
- regelmässigen Kontakt zu internen und externen Partnern
- Flexibilität für die Aushilfe an andern Help Point Standorten
**Was du mitbringst**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre
- Erfahrungen in der Leistungserbringung von Motorfahrzeugversicherung
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und jede weitere Fremdsprache insbesondere Englisch ist von Vorteil
- Übernahme von Eigenverantwortung in der beruflichen Tätigkeit
- Initiative, flexible, teamfähige, belastbare und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Kommunikative Person mit ausgeprägter Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
