Product Owner LMS & Training Community Manager:

What are we looking for?:

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Ideally, you have a dual background and experiences both in the training area itself and in the rollout and maintenance of large elearning solutions. You will work in an international environment with colleagues from at least 10 different nationalities.
  • Systematically work with Training Managers, System Administrators, Corporate IT and external suppliers to define the product backlog, scope & functionalities of the elearning solution as well as the authoring tool for developing content.
  • Proactively manage the Training Manager community to facilitate a regular exchange about training contents, enable sharing and reusability of content, exploring possibilities to realize economies of scale and foster collaboration.
  • Work with the divisional / global teams & suppliers to develop training programs for end users and to onboard new colleagues into the system.
  • Coordinate & actively manage the rollout of global / divisional initiatives for training in local business entities
  • Clearly describe and define complete business requirements (functional, nonfunctional and organizational) for new demands and match them to the functionalities available in our template solution.
  • Be the central contact point for our countries in all matters relating to the elearning solution

Your Profile:

  • Proven background in the training area: Developing and executing trainings, building learning paths, training methodology and pedagogical principles
  • Experiences in the implementation, run and enhancement of global elearning solutions.
  • Knowledge in business requirements analysis, user story writing, elaborating test cases & testing activities
  • PRINCE2, AGILE, SAFe or other project management experience and certifications are welcomed
  • Understanding of the "Direct Sales" business model with selfemployed parttime Sales Advisors is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Fluent English language, spoken and written. Any other language skills (especially German) are a plus
  • Experience and interest in working in a multicultural environment
