In Switzerland, JLL has its own local entity with offices in Zurich and Geneva. With a team of around 70 experts, JLL offers specialized consulting services for real estate companies, owners, investors, and users. These services include managing complex real estate transactions, valuing investment properties, strategic consulting for property owners, and leasing-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a holistic marketing plan reflecting local business and customer needs for further business growth.
  • Create and implement local product- and business-line-specific marketing campaigns with high autonomy.
  • Adapt global marketing campaigns to the local marketing plan and implement them in collaboration with local management.
  • Collaborate closely with the global digital team to align digital marketing strategies with local market requirements and target audiences.
  • Manage local social media channels and oversee the content of our website in collaboration with various business lines.
  • Support local teams in press releases and press inquiries, fostering relationships with media representatives for publishing content in relevant industry media.
  • Organize customer events, seminars, and workshops in collaboration with the local event team to enhance customer loyalty and generate new business opportunities.
  • Analyze opportunities to participate in local and global industry-specific events and provide proposals to local management.
  • Implement and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by utilizing global brand tools and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Smartness and a 'can do' attitude, motivated to drive change.
  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Native-level German and proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience in professional services, preferably in the real estate, consulting, or financial industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and influence.
  • Strong strategic thinking to align marketing plans and priorities with different business areas and needs.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to prioritize marketing spend.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Digital skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Creative yet detail-oriented work approach.
