Your key responsibilities

  • Development and optimization of existing catalytic materials
  • Support materials production team with catalyst batch fabrication and scaleup activities.
  • Implement experiments to study the efficiency of our treatment in a variety of wastewater matrices.
  • Conduct experiments to prototype various processes and assess their performance.
  • Support execution of ongoing customer projects to ensure their successful completion.
  • Conduct longterm treatments & accelerated aging studies to assess lifetime and stability of our processes.
  • Data analysis, presentation, and reporting of technical results.
  • Assist in lab organization and training of new personnel.

Requirements:

What you need to bring to the role

  • BSc in Material Science, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering.
  • Experience in working in an organized manner to conduct R&D activities in chemistry laboratories.
  • Prior exposure to water treatment techniques is preferred.
  • Independent, analytical, and systematic way of thinking and working.
  • Teamplayer and impactdriven person with passion for innovation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
