**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**
- Übernahme der Prozessverantwortung im Forecast & Replenishment sowie Koordination und Steuerung der Aufgaben innerhalb des Kernteams (Bedarfseinflussfaktoren usw.)
- Verantwortlich für den ordnungsgemässen Ablauf von bestands
- und bestellrelevanten Prozessen in engem Kontakt mit den Franchisepartnern und Regionalverkaufsleitern
- Monitoring und Controlling des Bestellverhaltens der Shops in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Analysten & dem Supply Chain Management
- Zusammenarbeit bei der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Weiterentwicklungen und Optimierungen in Bereich des automatischen Bestellwesens
- Übernahme von Supportaufgaben und Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst (Tagespikettdienst bspw. 2 Tage im Monat)
- Erstellung von Manuals für die Unterstützung des Betriebs sowie als Hilfestellung für den 1st-Level-Support und Durchführung von Schulungen

**Was Sie für den Job auszeichnet**
- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Retail/Detailhandel, idealerweise im Bereich Forecast & Replenishment
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in Kombination mit agilen Methoden
- Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gutes Prozessverständnis
- Versierter Umgang mit Zahlen und Datenanalysen (BW/Excel) sowie eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität
- Offen gegenüber Neuerungen, hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie vernetzte Denkweise
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
- Schnelles Auffassungsvermögen, hohe Eigeninitiative, selbstständige und sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie methodische und soziale Kompetenz
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
