- Moderiere und leite die Rundtischgespräche bei grösseren Vorfällen mit allen Beteiligten.
**Was dich erwartet**:
In deiner neuen Rolle arbeitest du bei uns im IT-Support mit und bist verantwortlich für alle Cases, die eine hohe Priorität haben, die also das tägliche Business und somit viele Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen betreffen. Es geht dabei in erster Linie um die schnellstmögliche Wiederherstellung ausgefallener IT-Anwendungen der gesamten Baloise Gruppe sowie unserer Tochtergesellschaften.
Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du:
- Du moderierst Meetings, um nach möglichen Lösungen für grössere Vorfälle zu suchen.
- Du bist zuständig für die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern an den jeweiligen P1- bzw. P2-Vorfällen beteiligten Parteien, sowie Erstellung von Berichten über diese Vorfälle.
- Du überprüfst den Lösungsprozess für grössere Vorfälle und koordinierst die Kontrollen nach der Lösungsimplementierung.
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von managementorientierten Informationen während und nach der Bearbeitung von P1- bzw. P2-Vorfällen.
- Du erstellst Berichte (Protokolle von Rundtischgesprächen, Massnahmen, Aufgaben zur Wiederherstellung des Dienstes und zur Behebung von Mängeln, gewonnene Erkenntnisse) über P1- und geschäftskritische P2-Vorfälle für die Beteiligten.
- Du gibst überprüfte Vorfälle an das Problem Management weiter.

Du verstehst das grosse Ganze und bleibst auch unter Druck ruhig. Wann immer du gefragt bist, brennt es zu 99% irgendwo, weil die Technik ausfällt. Hier bringst du Struktur und Methoden bzw. Übersicht ein, um Probleme zu managen. Systemausfälle kennen keine Zeit, deshalb organisiert sich dein Team in einem 7-Tage / 24-Stunden-Pikett, in dem auch du Bereitschaftsdienst leistest.
Deine Qualifikationen:
- ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Strukturierung und Moderation von Meetings
- Solide Kenntnisse des Best-Practice-Leitfadens ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) und Methoden zur Unterstützung der Lösungsfindung
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Bereich
- sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
