Teva Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic and growing organization with a strong focus on quality and compliance. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our Commercial Quality Team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Ensure GMP and GDP compliance by improving and maintaining quality management systems and processes.
  2. Perform Swiss market releases, including deviation and change control management.
  3. Act as Deputy Responsible Person (RP) and represent the Commercial Quality Unit Team in cross-functional projects.
  4. Lead the management of quality incidents, complaints, and recalls.
  5. Manage major product launches and review Product Quality Review (PQR) documents.
  6. Collaborate with local functions, such as Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, and Customer Services.

Requirements

  1. Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicines, Biology, or an equivalent combination of education.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, including 5 years in a QA/QC function.
  3. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and process organization within the pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines of the European and Swiss pharmaceutical legislation.
  5. Experience in matrix leadership and proficient computer skills in current software, including MS Office.
  6. Excellent German and English language skills.
  7. Proven track record of quality management and compliance.
